NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Open to residents of one of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who, as of June 1st, 2008, are 18 years of age or older. Contest begins on June 1st, 2008, and ends on October 31st, 2008. To enter online, starting June 1st, 2008, at 11:59 AM PST participants must visit the ACDoctor Sweepstakes website located at http://www.acdoctor.net/sweepstakes.php and follow the links and instructions provided for online entry. Online entries must be received before 11:59 AM PST on October 31st, 2008. Online submissions only.

Limit one entry per person per day. Sweepstakes winners will be selected from the most creative youtube.com videos 8 days after the end of the month per drawing, from among all eligible entries received. Videos must tell us why you think you deserve the computer services or Grand Prize of Desktop PC. Winners will be notified by mail, telephone or email. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Prizes and approximate retail values (a.r.v.): One (1) Free computer system optimization from up to 2 computers (for the month of June) (1) 20% off any of our services (Month of August) (1) Grand Prize: a Desktop PC from Affordable Computer Doctor Inc. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in case of prize unavailability.

Computer entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Only one prize per family, household or address. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. All federal/state/local taxes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. All federal/state/local laws and regulations apply. Each potential prize winner (or, if a minor, the winner's parent or legal guardian) must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release/Prize Acceptance Form within 15 days of notification. Non-compliance/return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

By participating, entrants (or, if a minor, the entrant's parent(s) or legal guardian(s)) agree that the Sponsor, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation, and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes. All entrants (or, if a minor, the entrant's parent(s) or legal guardian(s)) further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes, they will indemnify Sponsor from any and all such claims, including the attorney's fees related thereto. Sponsor shall not be liable for entries and winner notification responses that are delayed, lost, misdirected, mis-delivered, marked postage-due, mechanically reproduced, illegible, mutilated, incorrect, incomplete, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way and such entries will not be eligible for this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor further reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by California law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that California courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes and that venue shall be only in Riverside, California.

All entries and materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering this contest all entrants agree that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the contest and its determination of the winners is final. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges, which are final. Acceptance of prizes constitutes consent to use winners' names and likenesses for editorial, advertising, publicity and television broadcast purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited. Names of winners will be posted on the www.ACDoctor.net website.
